Will is a self-identified “Talent Acquisition Enthusiast.” During his career, he has functioned as a full cycle recruiter and talent sourcing specialist in both agency and corporate environments. Recently he has been instrumental in defining and building talent sourcing functions for two Fortune 500 companies. Will is now the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding for Steelcase. His philosophies revolve around Talent Acquisition as a team sport, challenging the status quo, and the re-definition of the modern-day recruiter. Lisa is currently leading AT&T’s Technology Development Program which serves as the feeder pool for the organization’s future leaders. She also has responsibility for AT&T’s Technology and Operations Skills Transformation program, including the technology platforms that are enabling the transformation across the company. Prior to her current role, Lisa held a variety of different field and staff roles across various lines of business. Lisa joined AT&T in 1997 as a participant in the Leadership Development Program.
Given her early opportunities with the company, Lisa is highly engaged with mentoring AT&T’s talent pipeline of both experienced and new leaders.
Outside of AT&T, Lisa is a CASA advocate, working on behalf of children in the foster system. She is an active member of several AT&T employee resource groups including HACEMOS, Advocates for Women in Technology, and Women of AT&T. Lisa is a past recipient of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Leaders award. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Business Honors and Marketing at the University of Texas and her Master of Business Administration at the University of Dallas. She recently completed nanodegrees in Computer Programming and Data Foundations. She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Tony.
Shelley Osborne is Head of L&D at Udemy. She has 14 years of experience in the education sector and in corporate learning and development. Previously, she was VP of Learning & Development at Farside HR Solutions, specializing in talent leadership, management training, and soft skills development for startups. At Udemy, Shelley leads and executes the learning strategy for Udemy employees. She has a master’s degree in Education from the University of Calgary and a bachelor of education from the University of Alberta.
Jennifer is a Region Learning Manager for the America’s Region and Learning Lead in Canada for GE Leadership Development Organization. In her role she facilitates and curates leadership development experiences for Leaders across GE; with a focus on high performance teaming and customer innovation. Additionally, she partners teams across GE to align learning opportunities with their strategic priorities, enabling the growth and development of GE’s talent and business.

Tracey Stub CHRP, CHRL, has been the VP of Human Resources at the YMCA of Western Ontario for the past 8 years. She supports over 2000 staff and volunteers. She has also been a part time instructor at Fanshawe College’s Lawrence Kinlin School of Business school for the past 17 years. She is a graduate of Canadore College's Human Resources Program and St. Francis Xavier’s Adult Education program. In addition to raising their 3 sons, Tracey and her husband have been foster parents for the past 10 years.

At Tulip, Melissa designs and executes strategies for recruiting, training, developing, motivating, retaining, and organizing people. Before joining Tulip, she worked at Achievers, a software company that helps global companies increase employee engagement, retention, and performance. Melissa believes in the power of innovative HR to support the culture of an organization, empower employees to succeed professionally, and positively impact the profitability of a business. She continues to scale people and culture practices at Tulip working with leading-edge human resource systems. Candace DiCresce is the Senior Director of Safety & Well-being at Rogers Communications, where she leads a talented team with a passion for protecting and enriching the physical and mental well-being of employees.
Candace has over 20 years of experience in consulting, industry, and the public sector, including working for Deloitte, MDS, and the Toronto Transit Commission. She has led sizeable global and local teams, and a wide range of risks ranging from working at heights to hearing conservation, and from hazardous materials management to global supply chain responsibility strategy. Her current focus is on driving strategic integration of safety, disability management, and wellness at Rogers into a holistic function that protects and enriches employee physical and mental well-being.
Candace holds a B.A.Sc. in civil engineering from the University of Toronto, and is a proud professional engineer.
Aly Moorji is a graduate from the University of Alberta's School of Business and has been working with the City of Edmonton's Human Resources Branch for the past 14 years. Alan leads the HR Transformation team in its mandate to drive the achievement of HR's strategic priorities, lead the transformation of HR itself and ensure the smooth operation of the function overall. Previously at RBC he has been an HR Business Partner and led the Organizational Effectiveness team responsible for Change Management and Organization Design.
Prior to RBC Alan worked as a management consultant across a range of topics and industries with The Boston Consulting Group. Primarily focused on Financial Services, he also worked in Retail, Consumer Goods, Information Services, Pharma, Mining and Food Service. Jennifer Crawford is an Instructional Designer at Cineplex and is responsible for developing highly engaging learning programs and training support solutions across all business segments. With an increasing focus on gamification and virtual classroom, Jennifer is leading a digital conversion effort to improve Cineplex’s learning strategy and instructional design approach, and create excitement, LMS adoption, and training engagement among various audiences.
